Nazanin joined the Shekter Dychtenberg LLP team in the spring of 2016, continuing her practice as a civil litigator. After obtaining her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law in 2012, Nazanin articled with a full service law firm in the heart of downtown Toronto, gaining a multifaceted foundation to the start of her law practice.
Since her call to the Ontario bar in the summer of 2013, Nazanin has focused her practice in civil litigation. She has worked on a wide range of personal injury and health-law related matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip & falls, medical malpractice, long and short term disability claims, product liability, manufacturer liability and occupiers’ liability. In addition, Nazanin has an array of commercial litigation experience, having worked on high profile cases involving fraud, real estate disputes, injunctions and breaches of contract.
